1- The lemon

Method

Take a plain yogurt and mix 5 drops of organic lemon essential oil. Apply this remedy before the shampoo, by a massage lasting 5 minutes. Rinse with warm water. Do your usual shampoo.

2- Linden and thyme

Thyme

Thyme contain strong anti-fungal & antiseptic properties, thyme staves off any germs & fungi that cause dandruff and scalp infections.

Method

To benefit from the anti-dandruff properties of these two herbs, prepare an infusion (of your choice of herb linden or thyme). Once the infusion is ready after a few minutes, use it to rinse already washed hair. This natural solution will eliminate dandruff in a jiffy!

3- Fine salt

Salt, by stimulating the circulation of the scalp, eliminates dandruff.

Method

Mix a handful of fine salt in 100 ml of water. Then rub the scalp with it and say goodbye to dandruff!

4- Olive oil and garlic Mixture

Garlic

A formidable treatment against dandruff is to prepare a lotion of olive oil and crushed garlic clove. Garlic’s antimicrobial properties are perfect for eliminating dandruff-causing bacteria.

Method

Mix crushed garlic in 65 ml of oil, heat the whole three minutes over low heat without boiling. Once the mixture is cooled, a apply it on the scalp in circular motions then cover your hair with  towel, to let rest about 30 minutes. Then wash your hair with a mild shampoo and rinse thoroughly.

5- Tea tree oil

Researches showed that shampoos with just 5 percent tea tree oil significantly improve the severity of dandruff.

Method

Add few drops of tea tree oil to your favorite shampoo as you wash normally. Tea tree oil can actually reduce the effects of several unpleasant conditions.

6- Rosemary Mask

Rosemary

This plant has been used to improve the circulation of the scalp and fortify it. Rosemary mask helps fight against dandruff and itching!

Method

Boil 2 cups of water on low flame. Once water starts boiling add 1 full tablespoon of dried rosemary powder. Let it simmer for 10 minutes. Strain solution once it gets cool under room temperature then add 3 drops of Lemon essential oil. Now add 1 tablespoon Coconut oil in the mixture. Apply this mask on scalp with the help of cotton ball. Let it sit overnight. Wash your hair in the morning with mild shampoo and conditioner. Use this mask atleast twice in a week.

7- Apple cider vinegar Solution

Thanks to the enzymes and acids contained in apple cider vinegar, the bacteria responsible for dandruff can be eliminated with ACV. The apple cider vinegar is an effective remedy to fight against the appearance of dandruff.

Method

Mix a quarter cup apple cider vinegar with a quarter cup water in a spray bottle and spritz on your scalp. Wrap your head in a towel and let sit for 15 minutes to an hour, then wash your hair as usual. Do this twice a week.

8- Yogurt Mask

Yogurt

Its components are very effective in fighting dandruff. It is recommended to apply yogurt mask once a week to get rid of dandruff permanently. This will act on the scalp instantly.

Method

Mix 1 tbs lemon juice and 1 tbs honey in half cup of yogurt. Mix it well. Apply this mixture from hair roots to tip covering your scalp completely. Leave it for 30 minutes than rinse it and wash your hairs with mild sulfate- free shampoo.
