Method 01 – Gooseberry & Lemon juice
Mix 2 teaspoons of gooseberry juice with 2 teaspoons of lime juice. Then, apply this mixture on your scalp and let it dry for 2 hours. Wash your hair with lukewarm water.
Method 02 – Gooseberry Hair Mask
For this treatment you need 2 whole eggs and ½ cup gooseberry powder. Firstly which 2 eggs in a bowl until they start to fluff up. Now add gooseberry powder and whisk until it form nice consistency paste. Apply this mask on your hair and scalp and leave for 1 hour. After 1 hour rinse your hair with room temperature water. Use this mask twice a week for faster growth of your hair.
Method 3 – Gooseberry Oil
Mix about 100 grams of amla powder with water in a pan and boil and simmer it until only half of the liquid is remaining. Strain this amla concentrate and keep it in a container. Now, take another pan and pour 250ml coconut oil in it and add 20 gm of amla powder and the amla concentrate that you have kept aside. Bring it to boil at the lower flame and let the mixture simmer very slowly until all the water evaporates. After this is done, you will see the oil will appear yellow and transparent. Once it’s done, strain the residual oil immediately and store in a container or bottle away from direct sunlight.Apply this oil three times in a week
Natural remedy 2: Curry leaves and coconut oil
To restore the natural color of your hair curry leave remedy is best for you. This is very effective natural remedy to restore natural color of your hair and it also stimulate hair growth. Coconut oil, on the other hand, is one of the best products to promote hair growth.
For this tip, boil half a cup of coconut oil with 7 to 8 fresh curry leaves. You will get a black compound that you will apply on the scalp and hair. Repeat this treatment twice a week. It will not only stimulate hair growth, but it will also reverse the process of white hair.
Natural Remedy 3: An egg-white mask
Egg whites are very rich in protein, zinc, sulfur, iron, phosphorus and iodine … Egg white is an ideal hair mask that is very beneficial for making hair healthy and thick. Castor oil is one of my favorite natural hair growth treatments. It is one of the incredible natural oil to nourish the hair follicles and it also promotes hair growth. It is rich in vitamin E and essential amino acids. It has very thick texture therefore, we use it by combining with other essential oil such as almond oil or coconut Oil.
Mix the castor oil with sweet almond oil in 1: 1 ratio and gently massage your scalp with this mixture, spread the rest of the mask along the length of the hair. Cover your head with a shower cap and then a towel. Leave it on your hair for about 1 or 2 hours (you can also leave this at night for best results), then rinse your hair. Make this treatment once a week
Natural Remedy 5: Vitamin E Oil
This oil is particularly effective against free radicals because it is rich in antioxidants. It increases the oxygen supply in the body and stimulates blood circulation in the scalp.
Simply massage the scalp with this oil before going to bed, doing light and circular massages, and then rest for a whole night. When you wake up, wash your hair with a mild shampoo.
Natural remedy 6: Aloe Vera
Aloe vera is one of the best remedies to prevent hair loss and promote their growth. It also improves the quality of the hair, making them smooth and silky.
Method 1- Aloe Vera Shampoo
For this remedy, take a bowl and mix two tablespoons of shampoo (preferably sulphate free shampoo) with a tablespoon of aloe vera gel, a tablespoon of coconut milk and half a teaspoon of wheat germ powder. Wash your hair with this mixture
Method 2 – Aloe Vera Mask
- Mix 2 – 3 tablespoons of fresh aloe vera gel, 2 tablespoons each of yogurt and olive oil and 1 tablespoon of honey in a bowl.
- Stir all these ingredients and apply it on the scalp.
- Massage it gently on the scalp and hair for 10 – 15 minutes.
- Leave it for another 25 – 30 minutes and rinse your hair.
- Regular follow-up of this mask for 3 – 4 times a month will promote smooth and shiny hair growth
Natural remedy 7: Egg, honey and olive oil
Honey is rich in antioxidants and nutrients to stimulate hair regrowth. The egg is rich in protein for the hair and olive oil contains vitamin E that strengthens the hair and hydrates the scalp.
In a bowl, mix one teaspoon of each ingredient: honey, olive oil and egg white. Mix all the ingredients together to form a smooth and homogeneous paste. Then apply this paste on the scalp and hair and leave on for 20 minutes. Wash with lukewarm water. Then use a mild shampoo, and you will immediately notice a difference in texture.

Garlic has infinite list of medicinal properties and benefits and regrowth of hair is one of them. Garlic is rich in allicin, a component that improves the circulation of the scalp and stimulates hair growth.
Cook 7 to 8 cloves of crushed garlic in olive oil. When the mixture cools, apply it to your hair follicles. You must repeat this treatment regularly to observe results.

Natural remedy 12: Lemon juice

Take 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice that you will mix with 2 teaspoons of coconut oil (or olive oil). Apply evenly to your hair and scalp. Leave on for an hour before washing with a mild shampoo.
Natural remedy 13: Fenugreek Seeds
