In case of difficulty in digestion, dilute 2 teaspoons of Apple cider vinegar in a large cup of hot water. You can add 2 teaspoons of honey for the taste. Drink this mixture half an hour before the meal.

The American doctor DeForest Clinton Jarvis, author of the bestseller “These old remedies that heal”, convinced of the benefits of apple cider vinegar, created the “Jarvis cocktail”.

Mix two teaspoons of apple cider vinegar in 250 milliliters of mineral water rich in sodium. Add 1 or 2 teaspoons of honey.

Apple cider vinegar can help you lose weight. Here’s why: Acetic Acid suppresses your appetite, increases your metabolism and decreases water retention. Some researchers think that apple cider vinegar interferes with digestion of starch by the digestive system. This means that there are fewer calories entering your bloodstream.

Interaction with other drugs
